The official guarantee is provided upon saving the warranty card or receipt.

The possibility of warranty service is indicated in the product description or is previously clarified when ordering from the manager by phone.

Return

In accordance with the law "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, within 14 days after the order is handed over to the buyer, it is possible to return the goods back provided that there is a receipt for purchase in the store, if the goods have not been used and the factory packaging is not damaged.

The operability and integrity of the goods are carefully checked before shipment, but we strongly recommend that you check the goods upon receipt. If defects are found - contact the manager by phone, via messenger or e-mail and report the problem, if possible attaching a photo of the goods with a defect.

In this case, the transport services by the transport company for return are paid by the company, if the goods fully correspond to the description and have not been damaged - the buyer pays for the delivery.
